If something goes wrong with a product you purchased from us within 1 year of the date of purchase, we’re here to help guide you through the warranty process.


So, How Do I Get Started?

There are two options for filing a claim:

  1. If your product is from one of the manufacturers listed in the chart below, you’ll need to have an invoice, and contact them directly.
  2. If your product is NOT from one of the manufacturers listed in the table below, Half Price Mattress will help you file a claim.  

1. Manufacturers Who Handle Their Own Warranties

To start, it’s important to know the brand of your product because the manufacturer is solely responsible for warranty fulfillment. You can identify the manufacturer name by referencing the law tag attached to your mattress or by reviewing your invoice. Mattress Firm helps you by facilitating the warranty claim process, but we are ultimately bound to the requirements set forth by the manufacturer.
